• DIY - where we book a consultation with you in your home and walk you through our suggestions and make a plan. You then complete the rest and organize/declutter your space

• Guided Organization; an initial consultation, after setting a plan we tackle the room(s) together.

Estate Service:

Losing a loved one is a life changing experience that you are never truly prepared for.

It is a very difficult time for everyone involved, and it’s hard to focus on everything that needs to be done. Here is what we can do for you;

• Inventory of all possessions for beneficiaries.

• Help with packing, unpacking and sorting.

• Assist in coordinating moving and cleaning crew

• Staging and preparing your home for sale.

The home has been tidied and you are ready to book the photographer; however a staged home with that eye for detail might just get you that over asking price or a quick sale, and its widely known that well-staged homes can do just that. You want home buyers to fall in love with your house and see themselves in it; allow us to take care of that.

We will:

• assist you in the interior decorating of your home.

• tidy and fix what needs addressing before a open house

• Soft stage the home with decorative pieces to make the space feel welcoming.

• If needed, can provide full staging service with large furniture; couch, beds, tables, chairs, etc.. This will be an extra cost and quoted accordingly.
